got two of my favorites labeled as work and other home. Can't remember how I did it as it so convoluted and non-intuitive.
The reason I ask is because if you don't have a label, just as a favorite, then it's buried another level deep -- in 'saved" places favorites, much longer to get to. Thanks.
I did see "edit" for those, but no option to do anything. So pathetically designed.

I think you can only label them in the web interface.

The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.

Thanks P, ok great, I'm on the web desktop version of Google maps, I see the labeled ones there (home and work), but not a way to add more. Can I add more there? (not even sure how I got those two there)

Search for whatever you want. In the list below the phone number, there is a button "Add label".

1) Sign in to Google in your web browser.
2) Open Google maps.
3) Search for the location you want to mark in the search box
4) On the right, you will now see a map. On the left, below the search box, you will see the location code, phone numbers etc if it is a business. At the bottom of that list is a link called "Add Label"

Great P, thanks!
So much nicer labels than in my favorites when you are on the iphone and want to quickly have list...
You found it.. Google has to win an award for poor design/ clutter?

Agree, that function is very hard to find.
