Here is the equipment being used.
A G4 power mac, running OS9.2 and a G4 iMac running OSX 10.4.8 What I want to do, if possible, is share the printer between the two.
Right now, both of them are plugged into a router and both connect to the internet.
thank you for all your ideas in advance.

Both can print to it if it is plugged in directly.

Whichever computer the printer is plugged in to, go to System Preferences > Sharing and turn on Printer Sharing.
Done.

Also be aware that "all in one" devices like your 7130 tend to do not much more than print for the computer they're not directly connected to. It's been my experience that in this sort of case, a USB device switch is the best choice for sharing.
Oh, and waiting overnight for a response does not warrant a bump. We're all doing our lives here, and some folks either don't get online much, or don't know specifics and don't want to steer people wrong. And if you'd just typed "share printer mac" in Google, you'd have gotten about 2,730,000 hits, with most of the first page being quite applicable...Google is indeed your friend.
