Hey guys -
I am having trouble finding two applications that will do exactly what I'm looking for and was hoping that someone could help.
1.) An RSS Client which refreshes every 1-2 minutes. So far, the best I've been able to find is NewsFire, but the refresh goes only as low as every five minutes. The feeds I've set up are of the nature that 2-3 minutes can really make a big difference. Any suggestions?
2.) I am looking for a program that will sample a video clip at a given interval and export a single image file with a collage of thumbnail images. The program I used on the PC side to get this done was Media Player Classic, but I haven't been able to find anything of the sort on the Mac side. I have been using QT pro and exporting frames using its export feature, but this leaves me with a jumble of image files that I have to then resize and stitch together. VERY time consuming and I've stopped doing it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
