I Can't open my monitors control panel, I get an error saying 'AppleGuideGlueLib Not Found'....Reinstalling my OS doesn't work either!!!

AppleGuideGlueLib is inside Apple Guide- make sure it's enabled.

Exactly, make sure the Apple Guide extension is anabled and loaded.
