Crucial has pretty good prices and Crucial is quality ram. I just helped my brother upgrade his iBook G4 1 Ghz model with a 1GB ram chip from Crucial to max at 1.25GB ram recently. Right now a lot of ram are cheap due to the Vista upgrade cycle and crucial has the 1gb DDR so dimm chip for ibook at ~$112.99 US Dollars-- the lowest price for crucial I've seen for this chip. Shop around. About 2 weeks ago Staples had PNY 1GB ram compatible with iBook G4 for ~ $99 dollars.
