I posted this in the OSX board, but since it's also about 9.2 i figured I could post it here becuase it's really important that it gets fixed!!!

OSX was getting sluggish, so i reinstalled 10.1 to my 10 partition; so it reinstalled it and I restarted my computer, the screen went throught the OSX starting up, but then just sat there. I restarted and nothing, i saw the little colour wheel in the top corner, and the smiley in the middle, but then nothing.
I got a restore CD from down the hall (i gave mine to my aunt grrr)
I tried to boot from the CD, it goes to OS 9.1 and just sits there at STARTING UP, the bar not even 1/3 over
I zapped the PRAM, and it apparently reset it back to 9.2 when trying to restart same thing happens as if there is a CD there, nothing, it just hangs, and after awhile the wheel turns into a little bomb. I then tried to turn off the extensions, same thing happened
I then tried to boot into OSX off the disc, again NOTHING.
PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS WRONG!?!
i atleast need to get back to my 9.2 so i can save the things on my X partition, and i will wipe it clean, and restart over, but someone help me get this thing up and running again PLEASE!

Danm dual.macnn now I have to login agian!

oh well I think.

Try Taking out the disk and booting to the 9.2 partition.
If that does not work then...

If nothing like that works!
If you have FireWire Target Mode Mac then try puting it in Firewire Target Mode and use a different computer to mount the disk.
From their reformat it. (Only if nothing else works!!!)

Other then that I don't know.

Good luck
