There is no way to retrieve it from the Internet. It's not saved there.
Do you have a Time Machine backup?

Ya I did, lol (stupid feeling) but I deleted my Backup drive and Cleaned my computer (I had loads of junk and I was in cleaning mode). I kept all my work on another backup and I thought my Put my Domain files on my idisk. But sadly it must have not synced or something because I don't have them.
The thing is I can see my files under "web" on my iDisk... is there no way to like load them in iWeb?

The files you see in your Web folder on your iDisk is the website that iWeb created from your Domain file. That's a one way process. iWeb can't create a Domain file from those.
You have to recreate your website by hand.
