Rosetta is automatic when you open a PowerPC-only app.

For WMV files, try Microsoft's Windows Media Player. It'll run on Intel machines (thank's to Rosetta). If a file doesn't play, its possible it contains either Windows-only DRM or perhaps its a Divx (or Xvid) file. Try it with the Divx player for the Mac.

I don't get your grammar. You don't have to "get" Rosetta. Just double click Office and it will launch.
