I was wondering, what ATI Radeon video cards will work with a B&W G3? and if in the future i do a processor upgrade, will that affect anything? I've been to the ATI website and it was too clear for me which card would work and which wouldnt....

Radeon 9200 will work. Just avoid AGP cards, since all the B&Ws have is PCI.

I have another question, this video card is put inot a PCI slot , which means its speed will be determined by the speed of the PCI slot correct? if that is the case, how much will this affect the quality of the video, or game, etc.... and how much will it decrease the refresh rate of the screen?

IIRC correctly, the B&Ws have one PCI slot that runs at a faster speed than the others. But it's so old, that things won't run really fast anyway, unless it's an old game.
