Those of you who support drug prohibition, warrant-less wiretaps, social conservatism and corporate welfare, please justify your freedom-hating views.

Liberals have their own problems. The only difference is that conservatives and Republicans are the ones with power in government.

These people are Americans. Don't expect anything meaningful or... uh... normalcy...

Splifdaddy's justification for hating freedom is at least we're not as bad the liberals.

I'm sure they'd love to answer that, but did you see the sign that says "check straw men at the door?"
Simply by answering your question, these so-called "freedom-hating" conservatives would be admitting to being "freedom-hating."
On the other hand, you could have tax-raising, gun-control loving, politically-correct freedom of speech disliking folks explain their "freedom-hating" ways, too.
Or, we could just say that this thread is a waste of bits and bytes.

Freedom is an interesting word.
For some it means the ability to do anything with no responsibility.
For others, it means such a weighty responsbility as to restrict or social engineer.
For others still, it means only doing that which harms no others.
For Kris Kristofferson, it means 'nothing left to lose.'
And that's a thread.
