$250M / 71 frames = $3.5M/frame

Figure $0.5M parts, so $3M labor.

$3M / $100/hr (fully burdened) = 30,000 man-hours

30,000 man-hours / 8 weeks (24/7) = 22 mechanics

Wow. Sure some are pushing paper away from the airplanes, but that's a lot of labor.
