What is the fastest and quietest hard drive I can install on an iBook 466 running Jaguar?

I just had a 40gb Toshiba (5400rpm and a 16mb cache). It is pretty fast, although I wouldn't exactly say it's quiet. It reminds me a lot of the IBM 48gb I put in my tibook.

If you want a quiet drive, get a 4200 rpm drive. I think that the fluid bearing drives might be quieter than the others.
