I am modding a g5 to hold a efi-x machine. I have all the work done minus the cdrom mountings. The plate thats in a g5 to hold the cdrom is gone. What could I do to mount it?

How are you dealing with the port arrangement, Stolfi1?

The back of the case was cut off and I installed this http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...oducts_id=3387 For the front of the machine I bought this button http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...oducts_id=2716 then cut a d shape in some aluminum. I cut out the front ports and removed a dual usb from port from a gateway. I mounted the button and the front port in the aluminum, and then used jb weld on the under side to glue the aluminum to the case. I was going to try to make it flush with the case but I knew the color would not match and I didnt want to sand the case and redrill the front holes out.
