something just looks wrong about an M$ sticker on a PowerMac. Still, this is good. Now if we can see the X2 and some screen shots.

Well, a derivative of it anyway - updated to at least 2000 (NT 5.0) and probably XP (NT 5.1) level, and with a lot of stuff ripped out. I think the games are run in a different mode than the programs on NT/2K/XP are as well.

Well, a lot of developers use a different OS to develop on than the target (Linux and PS[12] development). I'd still be surprised if they ran OSX though.

Why are they switching to PPC-ATI for a game console ? Dont they know that the intel+nVidia combo in the current XBox is the bestest ? even better than the PPC-Ati combo in the inferior GC ?

To hide the identifying backgrounds of course. And anyways, one would expect the machines NOT to be in a MS lab. They're developer kits after all.

Anyways, these other guys claim they have glimpses of Xbox 360.

it actually looks good. Im glad MS decided to pay more attention to asthetics and design this time around...im looking forward to see what they offer.

Thus far, i like the brushed metal, white stylingly they seem to have copied off Apple.
