Bugatti Galibier leaks out after private unveiling in Molsheim

Comes with the same 8.0L W16 engine that is found in the Veyron but apparently runs on Ethanol for higher performance. (go figure…)

Its certainly better looking than the porsche panamera, but I still prefer the aston martin rapide... not that I ever will be able to afford one, but you know

But, does that Bugatti have 4 exhaust pipes in each side?!?

Hopefully Kayne West will buy one, drive very fast over a very high cliff and spare us wasted moments in the MacNN lounge. I presume this will cost over the million dollar/euro/pounds mark as well?

Can I cover all of that chrome with gold plating?

Looks like it. It seems to match the teaser pics that were posted on Bugatti’s site a few weeks ago:

Some rumors: 1900kg/4200lbs, 800-1000 PS, body is made of carbon fiber and polished aluminium, comes with a some ridiculously expensive “Parmigiani Reverso Tourbillon” timepiece that can be detached and worn as a watch. Price: anywhere between $1.5 and $2 million.

I’m confident that the timepiece alone will be worth 5 times more than the car I’m driving at the moment.

I liked the teaser a lot better than the rest of the car.

It's space-tacular. Not what I'd buy for half the price though. Styling? A+! Car design? C-...

It looks a bit over the top - but that's me. I prefer a Bentley.

It's a mixed bag for me.... i love the shape. looks like a bullet, smooth and curvey. It reminds me of the Rolls Royce Phantom, only curveyer(?).

Then theres that ghastly chrome on the sides. hideous.

Overall, i dont know how they do it, but the Galibier and Veyron shapes appeal to me. i love the smooth curves and the simple lines as opposed to run of the mill turbos which have so many lines and look way too busy aesthetically.

Since we're talking Bugatti, here's the guys from Top Gear taking the Veyron to it's top speed (407kmph(250mph)), for those of you who have not see it. YouTube - Top Gear - Bugatti Veyron top speed test - BBC

Cheers

There's one for every mood.

I actually love the Continental GT Diamond. It's such a massively beautiful car, and it's like driving a fast sofa, I hear.

That's not bad, but it does look like a Mustang with an after-market body kit.

Not particularly relevant, but I'll just throw this in:

Mercedes-AMG SLS

The headlights are *slightly* irritating, but they continue the lines from the intakes nicely.

As far as I can tell, the only reason why people would buy one of those ( ☝ ) is that they don't know about these:

Please don't ever show a Mansory again. After they brought this piece of shiza to the world I have lost faith in the human race in its entirety.

And I like the new Bug... but I'd never buy it. I could get an awful lot of 911s, Gallardos, and GTIs for how much one costs.
