this may alleviate anyones concerns..
Go into best buy have them scan the card to print out a reciept showing the actual value on the card.. have the best buy employee sign and date it to confirm that this card is legit..
Thats the only way i would trust something like this

An alternate route, you can go to Best Buy's website and check the balance there...so you can do that and just take a screenshot  Beats having to waste gas!

I'm tempted on this as I plan on buying quite a bit of electronics for Christmas. Only thing is this locks me into having to buy at BestBuy.
Will talk it over with the wife and see what she thinks.

Yep, it's a little low but there aren't a ton of people that want to wrap up nearly a grand at Best Buy, so in that aspect, I thought it was a fair offer if he just wanted to get rid of it and pocket some money. If you think it's too low, please offer him a better price so he can get his money back out of it. Thanks.
