I have an older PowerPC Mac Mini that I'd like to upgrade the memory in. Currently it has 1GB, and I'm wondering if anyone has tried to put a 2GB PC2700 DIMM into a Mini. The official specs say 1GB at most, but like many machines, the specs were set when 1GB dimms were the largest ones and never updated, so I'm not sure if it's an actual limitation or not.

Thanks.

I just purchased a 1.5GHZ G4 mini and 1GB is indeed the max. To verify this before I purchased, I downloaded the free app Mactracker.
