Playlist change on iPod Touch

I know you can't delete or make changes directly on the iPod so If I move a song to another playlist, or just delete a song, will that change take place the next time I sync the iPod to iTunes?

Yes, playlist changes made on the device should be synced automatically when you next connect to iTunes.
