Who gives a shit Chongo?

You have the strangest priorities between basing your vehement support to a morally corrupt party based on issues like Planned Parenthood to this sort of fluff.

People like you are what keeps the media in business.

You don't, obviously. In fact, you don't so much you're willing to be outright rude and obnoxious over it.

I'm sorry, but anybody who gives a toke about this stuff needs to seriously re-examine life's priorities.

I hope you're just doing your usual contrarian shtick here.

Of course, being interested in who will, in all likelihood, be the next VP (and how Hillary acts like a d-bag, brushing off important questions in her usual tactless way) means a person needs to "re-examine life's priorities". Unbelieveable.

FYI, if you can't "escape the stupid of the internet", it might not be the internet's fault.

Important questions like whether she has thought about picking Warren as her VP, which become audible once everybody stopped talking at the same time?

Just. Stop.

He didn't, so I'm not.

That said, this was Hillary attempting to be yuk-meister, which she should probably leave to the humans.

It was awkward, worthy of mockery, SNL-worthy, but not the sign of the coming apocalypse.

We all know we are going to be obsessing over this sort of fluff and spending 239408230948 hours talking about who knows what between now and election day. Save your bullets, and focus on the substance (like Benghazi and email).

Besides, where was her American flag pin?

I would be really impressed if one of you right-wingers would come out and say that some of the stuff that was being used as a weapon against Obama during the last elections was fluff.

Just one thing?

- Wright
- flag pins
- madrassas
- Ayers
- being a socialist
- being a communist
- being facist
- being a secret muslim
- Joe the plumber
- not being born in the US

Something? Anything??

It would make besson3c really happy, don't you want to do that?

Am I right wing enough?

Here are the "weapons" I used against Obama in the last election.

Spying on citizens (hoo-boy did I call that one)
Drone Strike programs
Running interference for BP while they destroy the Gulf of Mexico
Eric goddamn Holder

He can't admit that there were, and still are, major failures at the feet of the Obama administration. Funny how he pines for objectivity but can't find any within himself.

A few of us brought musical instruments and we jammed out while drinking beers. In order to pay rent, the light bill, and keep the fridge stocked with beers, everyone throws some cash in a bucket whenever we hang out. The idea of crushing beers and jamming out got pretty popular and pretty soon a couple hundred people were showing up to drink beers and jam out. Most people threw some cash in the bucket to keep the fridge stocked, the lights on, oh and also we need some better instruments for better jamming out, so the bucket cash went towards a sick double stack and a '57 Strat. Also we needed a van to carry our instruments so the bucket cash went to buying a van.
Four of us who were especially good at drinking beers and jamming out decided to quit our jobs and live off of the bucket cash money. There was enough there that we were able to buy some nice houses and nice cars, with plenty of bucket cash left over to stock the beer fridge and keep the lights on.
If this is a comparison to pastors and church staff; they all pay taxes.

Now Jim, one of the people that regularly comes to drink beers and jam out, had his roof damaged in a storm, so we gave him some of the bucket cash to help cover his roof. The amount needed to fix the roof was about 1% of the yearly bucket cash fund.

Questions:
1. Is this a charity?
2. What rating would this setup get from CharityNavigator?
3. Is this group doing "a lot of good in the community"?
3a. If not, what would need to change before the amount of good done was "a lot"?
4. Should the attendees be able to consider the cash they threw in the bucket as charitable donations?
The scenario here is not taxable whether it's considered charity or not because you haven't generated a profit anywhere. All you've done is collectively split the cost of things with friends. It doesnt matter how obscene the amount of money that ends up in the bucket seems. Why should that be taxed? Wasn't the money you used to buy it already taxed?

So, will it be "fluff" when HRC has another coughing fit or "brain freeze" during one of the debates? There won't be any "cold chai" there to put the blame on.

BTW, don't forget HRC fell and suffered a concussion. Bubba said it six months for her to recover.

Did you post the right video Chongo? The one where some people in the media asked who Hillary's VP was in advance of the public announcement, where she responds with weird physical comedy?

That sounds like opinion, Badkosh. Careful!

I also can't seriously believe that Chongo thinks that silly video is proof of a health issue. If so, I might suggest Chongo head to his doctor for an examination of his funny bone. I can find videos of real seizures that look nothing like that. I'm not sure, with all the bigger issues out there, what trying to muddy the waters with this obvious misdirection is trying to achieve.

Does she make a silly, unflattering face? Sure. We can agree on that, right?

Not Fluff. This guy is right up there with Louis Farrakhan in the hate department. He was too much for Oprah. Since he was no longer needed for street red, Obama through him under the bus.
- flag pins
Fluff
- madrassas
Semi Fluff. He did attend a madrassa when he lived in Indonesia and goes to mind set.
- Ayers
Not Fluff. Ayers was member of the Weather Underground. His then girlfriend blew herself up building a bomb. Obama held his first fundraiser at his house when he ran for IL state house.

No Regrets for a Love Of Explosives - In a Memoir of Sorts, a War Protester Talks of Life With the Weathermen - NYTimes.com Date of publication? 09/11/2001

- being a socialist
- being a communist
- being facist
Not fluff because it's the philosophy of his long time mentor, Frank Marshall Davis.
- being a secret muslim
semi fluff, because in my opinion he's agnostic/athiest even though he claims to be a Christian. He bad mouths Christians while at the same time he excuses Islam.
- Joe the plumber
semi fluff. It revealed his "spread the wealth around" mentality.
- not being born in the US
Fluff started by the Clinton campaign.

Something? Anything??

It would make besson3c really happy, don't you want to do that?

I don't understand why people are surprised.

1: Politics is dirty;
2: Bernie wasn't even on the Dem ticket until late in the game;
3: They probably thought his socialism would drive middle ground voters to the GOP in their droves.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....

But is that because they think Hillary will make them richer or because they have dealt with Trump in the past and been badly burned?
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....

Fluff? Or Fringe?

We republicans have plenty of legitimate gripes, we don't need to focus on the ugly underbelly that both parties possess in droves.

Is this the level with which you want the discourse to devolve to? It looks like, from all the snark and anger - you got your wish. Aren't you the one always crying about why we can't discuss the issues more and leave the politics out of it? WTF dude. This is what I mean when I come down on you for saying you want to leave the politics behind, then going straight back to the "fluff" as if you're somehow above it.

WTF? You think because Trump's a businessman, and rich, that these hedge fund managers must have been in business with him? For real? You're not understanding the difference in scale, there. Trump net worth is peanuts to those people. He couldn't "badly burn" them if he tried.
