Hi,
is there a "known-to-be-foolproof" way of sync'ing the Apple Apps (iCal / Address Book) Databases with their respective counterparts in MS Entourage?
I can sync my Palm either with the Apple apps or Entourage, but I'd like to have the data in both! I do not care whether I have to sync with Entourage and then move all sync Entourage with the Apple stuff or whether I directly sync with the iApps and then reconcile everything with Entourage. ... or sync n-way with everything ...

Check out this and this. If you are in an Exchange environment, then you can set Address Book to sync with Exchange (via iSync), but sadly you can't do this with iCal.

I know about these two, they look a bit daunting. If you read the installation instructions ... it scares a bit ...
