Why don't you get to know her and maybe she'll be a person you can actually be with as friends or more (except for the smoking I mean). If something more than a friendship comes of it, maybe she'll even quit for you.

I don't think it ever hurts to have another friend - even if they have qualities you don't like.

Look smoking is a horribly disgusting cancerous activity. I used to smoke, and I live amongst smokers. I'm never one to give someone a hard time about it but still- let's call a spade a spade. It's not like alchohol or even marijauna- it's poisonous and offers no benefits ( other than the ability to use the tried and true pickup line "Got a light?"). If people want to smoke and aren't bothering anyone else, fine. But let's not defend the act. Ugh.

Now, that said if a girl smokes doobies, it's just fine with me, especially if she's the one supplying....

Well said - it all comes down to that having friends that are NOT like you enriches your spirit and soul. Give this girl a chance - smoking isn't bad enough a thing to avoid her. Now if she put said cigarettes out in your eye or something, I'd totally leave her alone

It depends on the person. I dated a girl for 4 years who smoked. never again. I let it go because she was SO "fit", but she ended up being a total selfish b*tch who left me to pursue her stripper career and date married men. No joke. It came out of nowhere and/or I was too whipped to notice any signs. I can't imagine being with someone who smokes. Especially in my house. yuck. I wouldn't mind a "pram", though. You never know the details plus it gives you a starting point to hit on her.

Same thing with walking a dog.

Because smoking helps hunger pass. Thin girl = attractive girl.
I know many girls that use smoking as a way to keep weight off. I don't know how it works but if so many girls do it then it must help somehow. I am not saying I'd marry a smoker but if I was just in it to get in it, then I have no problems with smokers.
In act I dont really care if people smoke so long as they don't do it in the car or in my home.

I think that most women smoke to stave off starvation. But then I can never understand the sheer volumes of fat the same women consume in their diets.

OTOH, If you've ever gone out with a model or been with her model friends, smoking is the least harmful thing these women do. Some are serious pill poppers and have serious eating disorders (like going to the bathroom to hurl up a $60 steak) Freakin messed up in the noodle.

I don't think you're going to get many prospective parents walk into a mothercare (big UK baby stuff shop) and ask for preambulator....

Pram is a real word, as stated above.... Although pram is specific to a certain style or type of pushchair.

A pram is more of a cot on wheels, rather than a chair for the child to sit in. Prams are usually for younger children who cannot sit upright on their own yet.
