Thanks black_rain. I'm going to mount the monitor on the wall with a swivel arm to give some room on my desk.

ruf993turbo, why do you mirror your display? Seems kinda useless to me if you have the LCD of the MBP open at the same time like an inch away.

I bought my MacBook about a month before Christmas and just recently got the 20" Dell LCD. I weighed my options on whether I wanted to buy an Airport Extreme base station or the LCD, and decided I would get more satisfaction out of the LCD. It was worth every penny. The external is a 320GB Seagate.

Is a 17"
portable, big you cant go wrong.

At first i thought a 17" is far from portable but i was wrong
to be honest i see no major diffrence between this and my old macbook pro 15"

It is a photo that I took on top of the Zugspitze in Germany/Austria. The platform at the top of the Zugspitze straddles the border. Half of it is in Austria and the other half is in Germany.

It's the same size as the 15" PowerBook G4. If the G4 was a 17", it would have two latches to keep the lid down.

Those are sony professional dj headphones. Use to be about $125 a pair. Great phones but mines like many others broke. Then again they got abused on every gig i went to.
