Cant play .wmv files

Hello,
Cant play a bunch of wmv files with WMP and even VLC ...
Are there some codecs i am missing?

Try flip4mac, which will let you play wmv in your quicktime program.
wmv stinks, it hasn't been updated in a long time. MS doesn't care much about having Apple users play Windows media unless they're doing it on a PC.
