This has been floating around all weekend on various sites, thought I should post it here as well. Seems apple has made some "I'm a Mac" commercials for Japan with Japanese actors. They're rather funny, and I find the 'Mac' a lot more respectful looking than his US counterpart. Enjoy the Japanese love. (And overall silliness)

I don't know it's funny to see the commercials in japanese now... but... I think they really need to get someone who's really good as a mac. I don't like either of their choices so far.

They aren't "I'm a Mac." They are called "Get a Mac."

The Mac is the straight man. How else are you going to play him?

Apple should use Hodges as both the Mac and the PC

My friend, you've stumbled across something brilliant...
But it's Hodgman, not Hodges.

They really need to import a "foreign" product.
Yes, I guess I got the advertising name wrong. I will go kill myself now.

I wish I knew exactly what they were saying. It is probably almost identical to the US version I guess. It seems pretty similar.

Yeah, from my bad Japanese skills they're more or less the same. Though for some reason... far better.

The acting, you think? I really liked the acting in the US version.
