I'm not sure about the coolest thing ever, but somebody certainly has too much free time on their hands.

That, and videos are grainy when blown up. Yuck.

Coolest thing ever? Not really.

Fun to watch? Heck yeah! I watched it frame by frame in some places to see the details.

They have the twins sitting next to Lisa in band. They have Bleeding Gums Murphey on the sidewalk as Bart skates by. They even had Homer's asscrack showing as he runs into the house as Marge pulls into the driveway.

There is no such thing as too much free time, so i gather you're really just jealous.
These people are Americans. Don't expect anything meaningful or... uh... normalcy...

Renewed for only two more seasons? Has it become so bad that they only renew it two seasons at a time?

It's an excellent piece of work. It's amazing that it took someone 16 years to produce something like this.

My only gripe with it is that Marge and Maggie are on the wrong sides of the car (steering wheel should be on the right side fo the screen) in one scene. The Simpsons are in the USA , after all.

Oddly, it was correct for the Homer driving scene.

And I never pictured Lisa as a red head.

Homer HAD to be on the left side of the car for two things. The first, throwing the radioactive core out of the window and second, the jumping out of the car and running into the garage.

Since Marge doesn't do anything but drive and honk the horn, it doesn't matter what side she is on.

I wonder how long it will be when someone complains that the baby is in the front seat and demands that Fox change it for "safety."

I have seen this video before. It is very enjoyable to watch.

...yes, as opposed to the one season at a time that most shows are renewed for.

They ran this intro on the Simpsons this Sunday on Fox. Only for the Fox version, they inverted the Marge/Maggie driving thing so that Marge was on the right (facing us.)

I tuned in too late to see if they altered the chalkboard, but I have seen more than one version of the chalkboard in this video floating around on the net.

The Simpsons intro with actors is great. I'm impressed with the mini ripper they found to play Bart.

i think its really nice...

i also agree, im really impressed with the one who played Bart especially the part that he skates from the top of the car...

i just hope they can get someone that really has a physical resemblance with the Simpsons..
