Hi guys, my Mac (early 2015, sierra) is running slow even when I'm surfing the web. What can be the reason?

Can you give us more details on your machine? If you don't know what you have, go to the Apple menu in the top-left corner, select About This Mac and report back what you have. Also, please check the amount of free storage (just click in the Storage tab of the About This Mac window).

As oreo says,
how much free space;
how much RAM

could be worth checking activity monitor and it will show you which app is eating processor the most

Sometimes certain websites have so many scripts/ads they can choke a computer. How many tabs do you keep open?

Download Malwarebytes and have it check for any malware you may have inadvertently installed. This will often redirect traffic through their malicious servers, serving up loads of ads and other scripts that make them money and completely overload your internet connection.

I can tell you [spam link removed], just a few simple ways. For example, don't forget to close all applications it because most systems have multiple unneeded apps that use system resources etc. And don't forget to delete old apps or useless files.
