Is there any way to use the new 24" cinema display (ADC) on my oder g4 (DVI)?
I know there is a connector for the other way around, but is there one for the way I want to go?

I think this is what you're talking about, but I don't know if it can be used in the order you want... sorry.
Check into it.

I'm not sure if it'll work in your older G4 (non-gigabit ethernet), but maybe you could buy the Radeon upgrade kit from the Apple Store. That's supposed to have a VGA and ADC connector on it.

The Radeon upgrade kit is currently the only solution available.
[edit] The larger LCD display is 22" not 24".

Does the AGP Radeon Kit (part M8321LL/B, with ADC connector), work in an AGP G4 that came with a DVI video card (i.e. preGigabit models)?
The page on the Apple store lists AGP *and* ADC support as requirements, but there are no internal cables or connectors (like the old beige G3's BTO FireWire card had). Might there be something on the newer logic boards to support the ADC, or will the card just work?
Thanks!
