300 g of meat

4 large slices of bacon

3 thick slices of cheese

buttered buns

1400 calories, 104 grams pure fat.

Not a TRACE of vegetables or anything that might be considered healthy.

ONE question: WHY!??

silly

Well the bun isn't bad for you.

Besides, who's thinking of health when they eat hamburgers?

Granted the bun isn't bad for you. If they hadn't buttered it.

I love hamburgers but not the fat and meat bit so much that I'd jump on that one! Eeeww.

Often eat veggie burgers, where I use soy 'meat' instead of animal meat and FILL it with vegitables!! Mmmmm

BTW: You realize 1400 calories almost fulfill the daily energy requirements for a grown person?? 1800 cal is totally enough for all that lead modern lives.

Don't forget the large Coke and an order of curly fries to go with it. Still, I can't remember the last time I had a Hardee's. Maybe 2000.

Large Coke add 300 cal. Fries ... 600 cal.

Subtotal of 2300 cal in one meal.

What about the cheese? I has good calcium in it. People do not get enough calcium.

BTW, that is a big burger!

I'm a big fan of burgers, but that thing is disgusting. Does Hardee's really think they are going to sell a lot of these?

k if my math is right thats only 10 ounces of hamburger, um i can't count the local places that have burgers with more beef then that. And had most of them.

Its just the extra cheese and mayo and bacon that racked up the calorie count

I GOT WASTED WITH PHIL SHERRY!!!

I don't like cheese at all. In fact, I order my pizza without it. On the plus side, ordering your pizza that way cuts out the majority of the fat content.

Mayo sucks too. I order my sandwiches (beef or chicken) with no cheese and no mayo. And I don't like bacon at all, either. GROSS!!!!

Low fat diet I can handle. But I LOVE pasta and bread. Lo-carb diets don't work for me.

My REAL weight problems are caused by my affinity for alcohol, however.

Yuck! All you would need to go with it is a Dunkin Donuts Christmas coffee or whatever it is. I think the drink by it's self is 1600 calories.

i actually like carls juniors 6 dollar burger with guacamole in it .. but i eat that like once a year.

i'll grab a jumbo jack cause it's cheap and it tastes pretty good if i am dying for food or need some quick protein (after a workout, no access to decent food).

this thing .. i mean .. i can taste it already .. i'm not fond of that heavy greasy taste .. ugh ..

I guess this is for the "proud to be fat" crowd. Or the people who aren't fat and want to flaunt it.

Burgers aren't really my thing. I make a mean breaded beef burger.. but thats about it.

Sounds yummy!
Too bad my high blood pressure and hereditary high cholesterol won't let me eat it. Guess I'll be sticking to Kashi GoLean Crunch, Subway and veggie burgers for a while.

I'm not going to call an ambulance this time because then you won't learn anything.

That burger would be a bad idea for your health.

Give me an Angus Burger any day. Or directions to the nearest Taco Bell.

Waaay to big. I'm not sure I could get that down in one sitting. It's like doggy-bag material.

Umm... that one is tiny compared to the one the have up here in Canada.

Are you hungry and in need of $500? Well, have we got a deal for you. If you can slay the Millet Monster within 1 hr, you will be paid $500. Sorry, Canadian funds only.

What is the Millet Monster?

A 9.5 lbs BBQ hamburger, that consists of 5 lbs of BBQ ground beef, 12 slices of prcoessed cheese, 3
sliced whole tomatos, 1 large sliced onion, served on a large sourdough bun.
- Everything is bigger in Canada -
:)

Maybe if they lost the bacon and that white stuff (looks like sour cream or something) then I could probably have one. That bacon is pork anyway.

For what it's worth, I ate one of these last night. My girlfriend's house is about five miles from the only Hardees in Maryland, and after reading this thread I had to go by.

It's definately less impressive than it looks in the ad. Definately more substantial than your average drive-thru burger, but no better tasting. Nothing close to what you can get a Fudruckers. All in all, I was underwhelmed.

The only fastfood burger I ever remember getting excited about was 'In and Out' burger. That was a good hamburger.
