If anyone has a first generation 5GB iPod, the very first one, with the mechanical scroll wheel and FireWire port on top, I would like to buy one.
I need it in as close to mint condition as is possible (hell, if anyone knows where I can buy one still sealed in the box, let me know).
I live in England, so if the iPod is here already that'd be helpful.

Any idea where I might buy such a hard drive? And how much would you sell said iPod for?

Lots of places on the net. Problem is, they're about $100-150. Which sucks. And good luck getting a working one. I tried 3 times to buy a HD for it, and everytime the drive was screwed up.
