(Updated with T-Mobile Wi-Fi Calling support, more) People with access to iOS 8 beta 3 are beginning to share some of the changes in the firmware. Perhaps the most notable is the ability to upgrade from Documents in the Cloud to iCloud Drive, which will let people upload any kind of file and organize their own folders with the amount of space they have received or paid for. Accordingly, the Settings app has a new iCloud Drive section, where people can toggle the whole service on and off, or enable access on a per-app basis. The service will evidently also be available from the web.

Likewise, people can now toggle App Analytics. When activated, the function will automatically share crash and usage data with app developers. Some other new toggles in the beta include Handoff, QuickType, and the ability to automatically save audio and video from Messages.

Elsewhere the firmware has new solid and gradient wallpapers, and a revised layout in Weather that makes it easier to read summary information. In the updated Find My Friends beta, friends lists can be moved to an iCloud account.

There are a few new wallpapers included in the beta, the "clear" button in Notifications has been tweaked, and Shared Photo Streams are now called Shared Albums, as alluded to in the WWDC keynote introducing iOS 8. Calls can now be made and received on Wi-Fi only mobile devices like iPads if Handoff is activated on an iPhone also running iOS 8 beta 3.

Update: Another addition is the activation of Wi-Fi Calling for iPhones on T-Mobile USA. The feature was announced in June, and vastly improves sound quality over regular voice. Because location is harder to pinpoint over Wi-Fi, people must enter their home address for the sake of emergency calls.
