Content - very cool.
Design - needs work. Seriously, you should do something about that. Using the (almost) standard WP look just looks bad (both because it seems sort of unprofessional, and because WP is just plain ugly out of the box).

Cool site. I agree, you need something besides the default template. I must say, there are quite a few really cool photos there.
