Is there any way to upgrade the hard drive in the iBook without voiding the warranty? Like if I take it to an Apple Store will they do it and not void the warranty? Or am I out of luck if I want to upgrade?

Try going to a CompUSA store or some other Apple Authorized repair center and see if they will do it.
