This was made for the PSP, which apparently has a lot of stuck pixel problems, however, some mac users said it worked for them. Apparently it works 60% of the time. I tried it for my powerbook, no success yet, but it seems you have to run the fixer for a long time, like overnight.

Get it here if you want to try it.

In theory, I guess this could possibly work if there is physically nothing wrong with a pixel, meaning the transistors for that pixel are not damaged. However, chances are that's why the pixel is malfunctioning (usually a fault during the LCD's production) and all the switching in the world isn't going to bring it back. You'd probably have better luck with physically massaging the damaged or stuck pixel to try to fix it. However, this tool will give you a really nice headache after a while if that's somthing that you're going for.

you shouldn't get headaches because you aren't supposed to stare at it unless you have epilepsy...

It was useless for me for all the pixels I've tried.

This was meant to be humorous. I guess it failed.

If you mean the fix, no, its genuine. If you mean the joke, well, we'll see.

I have never tried that device, but I have tried gently rubbing the screen where there was a stuck pixel on my old Wallstreet. I think I was 3 for 3 in recovering the stuck pixels.
