I have an iso that I got from one of my Windows friends, and I have no idea how to burn it. I've tried Toast 5.13, but I can't select it from the open menu item (simply doesn't show up) and if I try to drag it onto the ISO 9660 panel, I simply get a new CD that includes my iso as normal data... So I'm stumped.

Anyone manage to burn an iso on a Mac before?

Use "Disk Copy.app"

Then select "Image" then "Burn Image", or hit <command>-b.

Then, select the iso you want to burn.

I did some ISO's in Toast 5.1x using the Disk Copy format. Just dragged and dropped, and it booted a PC just fine (so I assume it worked)

Toast will Burn Hybrids or Isso's or Mac format you cna have it do a Hybrid or choose. If you are just burning a Disk just use the Copy feature in Toast and it will burn it in the format the disk is in. If it s bunch of data files go to the Data section and where it shows you the formatting you can choose. By default it is a Hybrid

But, why even mess with TOAST.

You all have free software that does this already.
It's called "Disc Copy.app"

I second that for Disk Copy. Works fine with .iso images.

Doh! I guess the problem is that my isos are corrupt or something because disk copy isn't working either. I'll try redownloading them and see if it works.
