We have a couple of documents (one 5 pages, one 2 pages) with lots of tables
in them. When these document are opened using word 2001 the are first of all
very slow. In other words if you delete a lot of letters at once the cursor
backspaces slowly but finally catches up.

The more maddening problem is that the program quits frequently with Type 1
and Type 2 errors. One specific action that seems to bring this on is
cutting a sum from one area of the table and attempting to paste it into
another part.

Any ideas? I know I read somewhere that there were problems with the new
Word 2001 and documents with lots of tables!

Thanks for any input.
