If you achieve it please let me know how. If MacMan4000 could, there must be a way.

MacMan4000 says to be using Myriad Apple Medium. The download is in fact Myriad Pro Regular. Perhaps there's the difference, since mine's also shifted up 1 pixel.

It could be that reason...I doubted it only because what wikipedia says is basically that Apple Myriad is Myriad converted to truetype, and MacMan's download is Myriad in Truetype as opposed as the Postcript and now Opentype version sold by Adobe.
I wonder if there is really an "Apple Myriad" we can download the sits correctly on the menubar.

Along with most of the other things in Bulter, I never figured out how to do that. Right now I have it set to give me a google search when I press cmd-cntrl-g, dictionary.com search for cmd-cntrl-d, etc etc. If anybody has some cool Butler tricks (and knows how to enable the keystroke app launcher ala quicksilver/launchbar), please share.

OK, sorry for the late reply.
I am using the font I uploaded, er, one of the fonts I uploaded. There should be 5 or 6 fonts in that zip. Different bold and italics versions.
To fix safari link buttons you need to use tinker tool AND silk together.
Heres my settings:

Strange, here i installed the font you provided and it shows as Myriad Pro in silk preferences instead of Myriad Apple.

I find that the original (LaunchBar) is still the best. That said, it isn't free and it's a pain in the ass to go back and edit it so it doesn't show up in the Dock whenever you update the app. So I use QuickSilver as my app launcher and Butler for some other stuff.

Here is my latest, however in my dock you can see what the problem is, anyone have a solution so I can fit a matching orb down there with adium when its launched and when its not to keep it an orb and not a duck?
Not sure about Adium, but here's some tricks :
- have an iconset using CandyBar, Themepark > guiKIT
- Ctrl-click on Adium app icon > Show Contents > Resources, and look for a file called app.icns or something, store it in a safe place or rename it and insert your own icon file
edit
BTW, what font are you using ?
