I have a problem on a Powerbook g3/300 OS 9.0.4
Whenever a file is saved in powerpoint with the power plugged in it takes about 30 seconds. When it is unplugged it takes about 2 minutes to save a file.

Anybody know what's wrong?

The energy saving control panel probablly is set to spin down harddrive & processor cycling to save battery.
