does this exist??? scheduling appointments ONLINE & being able to integrate w/ iCal

I'm looking for software I can install on a web server that'll allow customers to schedule appointments based on available time slots that I specify.
Does something like this exist, and if so, is there a way to integrate w/ iCal (or any other cal for OS X)?

yeah no joke.
I found this: Online Appointment & Event Scheduler Software - Book24-7.com
It does what I need for scheduling purposes (albeit no iCal integration), BUT it's a hosted service, which means there's a monthly fee involved. I already have tons of web space that I'm paying for, so I'd rather install something on one of my servers.
still looking though...
