iSub Not Showing up in Sound Prefs.

Just as the title reads, i have tried all the different usb ports, any ideas? Dead isub? It has worked before I updated to 10.3.2....Thanks for any suggestions

The first thing to check is Apple System Profiler. If it doesn't show up there, your sub is dead. If it does show up, it theoretically could still be dead, but at least it's communicating with the USB bus.

One more long shot... check power cables, USB cables, and the port. i.e. if the keyboard and mouse work in the port, it's not the port. If the cable works with your printer, it's not the cable. If there is a light on the iSub, it's likely not the power cord. Otherwise, there really isn't anything left.
