Where can I get this Power Mac fan mount in the U.S.?

They are used for silent mounting fans onto metal grates or heat sinks. I'd like to use a few in my G4 tower for extra fans, however, I cannot find anything like them for sale by a US vendor. I've found them in Europe by searching for "CosH Tiger Elastic Fixation" which is what an article on XLR8YourMac.com pointed me to. The site is totally in German, and the shipping is kinda expensive.
So, to all of you great folks out there. Do YOU know where I can buy some? I will be greatly indebted to whomever knows.
