When I try and setup an iTools account, the installer seems to download correctly, but when I click on the installer icon on my desktop, the install setup web page is displayed again - it goes round in a loop - I never get the actual signup page. Maybe it's 'cos I'm English!

(I'm on a Titanium G4 Powerbook)

The same thing happened to me. After a couple of days, I tried again and it worked fine.

What browser are you using? I have problems of some sort in iTools when I use anything other than Internet Explorer.

had the same prob on a 5500. Damn annoying. Couldn't fix it. Using 9.1 and ie 5. Nescrape didn't work either. Plugin is definitely installed but won't take you to the signup page.

Anyone?

I've tried many times - using Internet Explorer & OSX. I'm just about to give up.
