I rememeber that there used to be an app that showed A Mac's memory slots and what was in them, but I can't seem to find this app on versiontracker. I think it was called something along the lines of "nPowr".

Anyway, I have a 7500 with all its memory banks full and I'd like to determine what chips are in there and if they're interleaved.

What OS are you running? If you have Apple SystemProfiler it shows it pretty clearly.
