That's it... Firefox jumps by a huge amount with each "notch" on my wheel mouse. Any way to adjust this? (using MS mouse, with driver installed) Any other app including the finder scrolls fine.

I have adjusted the scrolling amount in the MS driver tools but that messes up everthing else!

Thanks!

Try this. Type about:config in your address bar, then find the two entries I've listed at the end of this post(just type mousewheel or something like that in the filter section so you can narrow the list down). You should see a major improvement after this. Hope it helps.

mousewheel.withnokey.sysnumlines - Set to false

mousewheel.withnokey.numlines - Set to 5, or any other number that seems ok with you (5 is what I have it at).

Thanks guys - perfect. I've seen and mucked with those configs before - forgot all about them. Also I think this used to be in the options, but I guess they removed it - now only avail in config.

Thanks!!

Thank God!! The mousewheel scrolling was really annoying me and I searched through the about:config and couldnt find anything that even remotely looked like it would fix it. This should really be an option in the options panel.
