I'm on a site where you can receive IM's. Everytime I receive an IM it says my popup blocker has blocked it. How do you shut off the popup blocker on certain sites?

Which browser; and have you installed any add-ons for the browser?

I just have a basic browser that came with my mac. I just set the computer up a couple of days ago and have not installed any add ons. On my PC I could turn on and off the pop up blocker from the browser. I had firefox on my PC but I see nothing concerning the pop up blocker on this basic browser.

Up by the apple in the corner:
Safari -> Block Pop-Up Windows
(Same menu item you use to quit safari.)
