Your IMG tags are failing because you're linking to a flickr page, rather than an image hosted by flickr. On that page, click on the Share link (bottom right of image, a curved arrow outline) for link code. Choose the BBcode version, choose a reasonable size, and paste their link code in. Below, the 640-wide option of your image:
