Hi,
I am rjallen and I posted a note on 1-27. Someone wrote saying he thought that it might be illegal to sell that software. If that is true, I would like to retract my note. I have no desire to participate in any illegal activity, or to even appear to participate in anything of that nature. Please let me know how to correct this issue. I am sincerely concerned about this and I will not be able to rest until I am certain that this note is retracted.

Just to clarify, these are the original CD's. I have just have extras. I have Mac OS9 on my computer and I plan on keeping my CD.

Lighten up a little. If they are original CD's-sell them if you want to, it is not that big of a deal. If someone needs them, maybe they will buy. I don't think you are committing an illegal act. I hope you get some rest.

If you paid for them then you can sell them it is not illegal.It is illegal to put them on other machines for free you should have a System disk for every machine you own.But you are free to sell the System Disks if you want to

Yeah I'd Be interested, I'll give ya 20$ U.S
for 8.1, or $30 bucks for 8.5. Plus Shipping/handling
It dont sound like alot, but for outdated System S/W it's not bad... Besised it's not making ya any money sitting on your desk, and the longer you wait the less it'll be worth.
i.e apple is giving System 7.5.5 for free!
