I was typing when the "L" key popped off my TiBook keyboard, just the thin bit of plastic..whats the best way to get it back on?

On my AlBook it was the right arrow. I tried putting it back on, but would never stay on for more than a couple of days. Eventually I visited the local apple store and the genius bar dude installed a new key from a spare keyboard they had in the store.

Your best bet is to go to the Apple store and have a "genius" install it so it wont be your fault if anything goes bad, besides its free and why not have someone who knows what theyr'e doin install it.

I'm not sure that you rea y need that key anyway. I' go as far to say that it's the east used itt e key on the who e computer. Think of the money App e wou d save if they were to e iminate the key a together?

Call Apple Customer Service, and tell them that you are missing 1-2 keys from the keyboard. Say, L and ...,
They are going to send you a new keyboard in mail.
