Microsoft recently unleashed Windows 10 onto the world, with the software giant deciding to make it a free upgrade for Windows 7 and later systems. Not only that, but Microsoft also brought back the Start Menu following user feedback, as well as included the Cortana virtual assistant on the desktop for the first time. Is the latest version of Microsoft's operating system enough to keep existing Windows users happy, while also being attractive enough to bring a new audience onboard? Find out what we think in our review.

Location: Iowa, how long can this be? Does it really ruin the left column spacing?

...and a clock with some extra icons at the bottom left.
Had a 50/50 shot on getting that one right.

Wow. Did not see that Edge is a replacement of IE coming. I guess it makes sense to throw away old baggages to speed it up. I think IE is too much of a overloaded program (like iTunes) anyway.

Edge is still a bloated memory hog, but it's definitely a step in the right direction. At least it can finally render standards-compliant content correctly (though IE 11 did a decent job of that), and it's fast.

It's about time, Microsoft. Those proprietary MS markup language drives coder/designer insane.

Looks like a convoluted mess of a UI. Nothing seems consistent across the board. What are they thinking? LOL
