I had a serious hard drive failure recently where all data was lost. I had purchased a key to upgrade the QT Player to QT Pro prior to this incident. This was just a few weeks ago.

Is there any way I can use the key registration I had to upgrade the current QT Player again?

I tried and it wouldn't work. Do I really have to re-purchase another upgrade/key code?

Thanks in advance...

No, you don't have to purchase another upgrade key code.

When you open your QuickTime Settings control panel and select Registration from the pop-up menu and click on Edit Registration... button, what error are you getting when you enter Reg. code<font color = red>?</font> &nbsp;

I get this...

You see, the Quicktime 5.0 installed on my new hardrive is the standard player...I entered the exact Registered Name and Keys and I get this. I thought that there were other files needed. If not then I guess I'll have to purchase a new upgrade...

HOLY MOSES! Never take those messages literally...I had entered my "Organization"...that's what was giving me the error...not an error on the others. I entered it again without the "Organization" entered...yeesh... :o I got PRO!
