That's pretty nasty if it's real. Not as bad as the Nick Berg thing though.

It is indeed real. It killed the marshall running across the track, and also the guy driving the car. The marshall was carrying a fire extinguisher, and it hit the driver clean in the face, killing him instantly. The driver was a welsh guy called Tom Pryce and it was the 1977 South African F1 Grand Prix at Kyalami.
